A Rare, In-Person Opportunity To Connect With The Wedding Industry’s Best

Look forward to a curated gathering and intimate networking event formed around the simple impact of one-on-one meetings.

Our invite-only guest list includes 50 planners / designers and 50 photographers / cinematographers

→ An elevated, two-day experience carefully planned with multi-course meals and trend-setting design

→ Hand-matched introductions between top planners and documentarians (and also ~50% between peers) in a sit-down setting

→ Insightful group discussions to encourage connection and share knowledge between high-level peers

→ Welcome cocktails with free-flowing mingling, awe-inspiring performances, and optional day three excursions

It’s one thing to be seen and known, but it’s another to feel heard.

Let’s remove the noise, gather, and grow alongside each other.

When these few short, but fulfilling days are over, the people, referrals, and insights will do the talking. We could call it serendipity, but our hand-matched style of one-on-one networking is too intentional to say it was simply by chance.

Each one-on-one, small group, and seating chart is intentionally curated based on the individual business needs and brand styles of each attendee to optimize the number of new opportunities and connections made.

“Kindred was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A whirlwind of inspiration and connection that felt meaningful and abundant. Of course you can expect the most transportive beauty from Rebecca and Erin but you also feel taken care of and spoiled. My favorite moments from Kindred were sitting at the tables during meal time surrounded by a gentle buzz of excitement, scrumptious bites and elegant decor... all while meeting new faces and reminiscing with old friends. It was such a memorable, unique event and one that I am looking forward to joining again and again!”

“The Kindred Collective experience was nothing short of extraordinary. It offered a rare and invaluable opportunity to connect intimately with the finest professionals and immensely talented individuals in the wedding industry. What made it truly remarkable was the chance to pull back the curtains and engage with the people behind the artistry — the creatives who infuse each event with magic in a world that often values competition. Collaboration over rivalry allows us to elevate one another. Share knowledge. And, ultimately craft experiences that transcend the ordinary. I am deeply grateful to have been part of such a transformative event.”

"Kindred gave me the space to connect and to really remind me of my why. The intimate conversations and shared experiences helped me slow down, step out of the day-to-day rush, and reconnect with the heart behind what I do. It wasn’t just about networking, it was about being seen, supported, and inspired by a community of peers who truly understand this industry. I left feeling grounded, clear, and more energized about the path ahead."

Frequently Asked Questions

Kindred is invite-only and intentionally capped at 100 attendees—about 50 planners and 50 photographers or cinematographers.
If you’re interested in attending, you must fill out the interest form for each event. From there, Erin and Rebecca personally review every submission and use a thoughtful, multi-faceted process to curate the guest list. A “no” often means “not now” or “not yet”. There are no keynote speakers. Everyone in attendance is qualified to teach, which allows us to create an environment rooted in learning, connection, and deeper conversations from across the table.

This is an opportunity for you to share more about you and your business, and to help us curate your introductions to fit your personal and business goals.

After we review each application (we receive thousands), we will often send digital and physical invitations to the selected attendees. You can expect this in the early summer of each year. We simply ask that you RSVP upon receipt so that we may provide attendance opportunities to others on our waitlist if you are unable to join.

Hearing this will always fill our hearts because this experience helps us meet people who feel like family. In full transparency, we strive to thoughtfully invite repeat guests in addition to new faces to ensure a fresh and dynamic atmosphere. Please re-apply between January and June to ensure you are on the list for our next application review. For each and every event, the people we invite to break bread with us are selected for that specific time in the industry.
