In the heart of the rugged forest of Bend, Oregon lies a tranquil retreat where wellness meets luxury and its name is Juniper Preserve. Nature and design intertwined to create an atmosphere where industry leaders met new friends and reconnected with beloved peers.
Festivities began with welcome cocktails on a lake island, followed by hand-selected one-on-one meetings and group discussions. Dinner was served in a cave — yes, created by prehistoric lava formations and illuminated by candlelight.
Before the final farewells, attendees indulged in their choice of locally-inspired excursions, including a mindfulness walk, a round of golf, and an herbal cocktail experience.

THE DETAILS
Because intimacy is key, attendance was capped at 100.

Attendees had approximately 6 one-on-one sit-downs with planners and photographers/videographers specifically curated to match them, their brand, and their goals. We also had a small group component, giving attendees that chance to discuss vital topics for wedding industry leaders. 50% of attendees were planners, and 50% were photographers/videographers. Planners met with planners, photographers met with photographers, and then planners and photographers met with each other.
