HOW MANY VENDORS WILL BE PRESENT?
Attendance is capped at 100, roughly 50% planners and 50% photographers/videographers
IS LODGING INCLUDED?
No, though we have room blocks at our venue. Room block information will be emailed to attendees once they have registered.
WHO WILL BE ATTENDING?
We carefully curate attendance based on fit and scope for each planner/designer. Not everyone who expresses interest will be invited to attend and all who are invited will be personally vetted by the Kindred Collective Team or our Key Attendees. For a list of Key Attendees, click HERE
WHAT IS THE DATE AND LOCATION?
January 13-15 at The Thompson in Palm Springs CA, and June 9-11 at Juniper Preserve in Bend OR. The first day (Monday) is hosted cocktails and small bites the second day (Tuesday) are all the main events, and the final day (Wednesday) is optional excursions.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you register for an event and are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another individual by providing written notice to Rebecca Foster at Rebecca@IndigoEventDesign.com
If the event is sold out, Indigo Event Design will offer your registration to individuals on the waitlist. If we are able to fill your registration with someone on the waitlist, the cost of your registration for that particular event will be credited toward a registration for a future event. Having a credit does not guarantee you an invitation or available spot at an event.
